描述:
无法打开服务器服务。服务器性能数据 将不会被返回。返回的错误码是数据 DWORD 0。

解决方法：修改注册表禁用PerfNet性能计数器。
具体方法：打开注册表，在HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\PerfNet\Performance\下添加REG_DWORD值(双字节值)： Disable Performance Counters，设置值为 1 。

重启，问题解决！终于开机后不用按一下弹出的错误信息的确定按钮了：)

另：可以使用Windows 2000 Resource Kit Tool: Extensible Performance Counter List (exctrlst.exe)，运行exctrlst.exe，在Extensible Performance列表中选中PerfNet，取消紧靠该列表框下面的 Performance Counters Enabled 复选框。MS下载地址:http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=7ff99683-b7ec-4da6-92ab-793193604ba4&DisplayLang=en
