晚上帮朋友再次转移网站，Bo-Blog系统。推荐了不少朋友装这个系统了：）

参照之前的mysql建数据库：http://www.9enjoy.com/post/230/，建好数据库和用户。
由于服务器是IIS，创建了一个属于Guests组的用户，使用这个用户访问网站，给网站目录这个用户读取权限，其中部分需要写入的目录给与写入权限。

1.新空间全新安装后，提示“Cannot find template. You may need to reinstall the program.”，好奇怪！
明明template在呀，反复装了好几次都是这个提示：（
